Sales Representative 
 
Essential functions/duties of the position:

 

-Strong Prospecting Skills
-Selling Office Interior Restoration and Maintenance Solutions to medium and large corporations
-Achieving assigned sales quota
-Strong networking with business partners
-Identifying and developing an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying and organizational influences and their decision-making processes.
-Seek opportunities for further account penetration within existing clients.


Service Technician

 

Service Technicians perform duties including the cleaning and restoration of commercial office interior assets such as carpets, tile and natural stone surfaces, workstation panels, fabric and leather seating.

 

-Service technician must be able to work part-time between the hours of  5:00 pm and 12:00 am
-You will learn customer service and technical trades
-Service Technician Responsibilities

-Operating of flooring equipment including extractors and buffing machines.


Inside Sales


Inside Sales/Lead Generators are responsible for prospecting via the telephone to set up meetings for the outside sales team.

 

-Identify potential clients in need of office interior services through cold calling

-Utilize a software system to organize, track prospecting activity and call backs

-Ability to work Part-Time (20 hours per week) Monday - Friday between 8:00AM to 12:00PM or 1:00PM to 5:00PM

-Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or appointment setting required
