We are seeking an experienced Commercial Wood Touch-Up and Refurbishment Professional to join our team. In this role, you will repair, restore, and refinish office doors, desks, conference tables, cabinetry, and other wood furniture and millwork. Your primary responsibilities will include fixing scratches, dents, gouges, water damage, and worn finishes using advanced touch-up techniques, wood fillers, stains, and coatings to make damaged pieces look like new while maintaining a high-quality, consistent commercial finish.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSBILITIES/JOB DUTIES

• Provide wood touch-up and restoration services on wood surface areas to repair cuts, scrapes, abrasions, gouges, dings, nicks, water damage, ink and color damages from wood surfaces. Wood surfaces can include furniture, desks, doors, cabinets, panels, etc.
• Wood touch up repairs include detailed work of matching wood grains, stains, and applying finishes.
• Minor refinishing of wood surfaces includes stripping, removing old finish, sanding, filling, staining, sealing and top coating surfaces as it pertains to the outer surface and surface edging.
• Able to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 4pm to 12am plus 1-2 Saturdays per month.
• Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the job.
